We offer both in-person and secure HIPAA-compliant teletherapy appointments throughout Connecticut and New York for individuals, couples, and families. Whether you prefer the comfort of meeting face-to-face in one of our offices or the convenience of connecting from your home, workplace, college dorm, or private location, our therapists will work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle.
Many clients choose a hybrid approach, alternating between in-person and virtual sessions as their schedules change. If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled in person but find that your circumstances have changed, our team can often accommodate a transition to a teletherapy session when clinically appropriate and scheduling permits. We utilize secure technology and user-friendly platforms to make this transition seamless and convenient.
Teletherapy offers the same professional support, clinical expertise, and therapeutic connection as traditional office visits while eliminating travel time and increasing scheduling flexibility. For busy professionals, parents, college students, caregivers, and clients with transportation or health concerns, virtual therapy can be an effective and convenient way to remain engaged in treatment.
