Affordable Therapy Options
Superbills & Out-of-Network Reimbursement
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, we can provide a Superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, and we encourage clients to contact their insurance provider to verify their specific benefits.
Payment Options
We accept:
- Major credit cards
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), when applicable
Payment is due at the time of service. A detailed receipt can be provided upon request for your records.
Good Faith Estimates
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, clients who are paying privately or who choose not to use insurance may request a Good Faith Estimate. This document outlines the anticipated costs of treatment and may include:
- Initial intake evaluations
- Individual therapy sessions
- Couples therapy sessions
- Family therapy sessions
- Applicable CPT billing codes
- Estimated frequency and duration of services
